The Role

SuperDebate is looking for a co-founder to own marketing, growth, and brand. This is not a marketing hire. This is a founding partner who will build the entire go-to-market function from scratch.

You will decide how the world discovers SuperDebate. Paid channels, organic content, partnerships, PR, ambassador marketing, community-led growth. You pick the strategy and execute it. No one is going to hand you a playbook.

The founder (John Thomas Connor) handles product, engineering, and operations. You handle everything that puts SuperDebate in front of people and convinces them to stay.

What You Will Own

◆Brand strategy, voice, and positioning across every channel
◆User acquisition: paid, organic, referral, partnership, and community-led
◆Content strategy including social media, blog, podcast promotion, and email
◆Ambassador program marketing and city launch playbooks
◆Conversion optimization across the entire funnel
◆PR and media relations as the company scales

What We Are Looking For

Someone who has built something before. A brand, a following, a campaign that worked. It does not have to be at a startup. It just has to be real.

You understand both the art and the math of marketing. You can write a compelling headline and then measure whether it converted.

You are comfortable with ambiguity. There is no marketing team yet. You are the marketing team. You will figure out the stack, the channels, the budget (starting from zero), and the metrics.

You believe in the mission. This is a pre-revenue company rebuilding how people argue. If that does not excite you, this is the wrong role.
