Bipartisan Policy Center releases final recommendations of the Commission on the American Workforce, co-chaired by former Governors Bill Haslam (R-TN) and Deval Patrick (D-MA). 50+ business leaders, educators, and experts across four working groups covering: K-12 reform, higher education pathways, workforce shortages, and child care/paid leave/retirement. Recommendations guide Congressional reauthorizations of the Higher Education Act, WIOA, and CCDGB.
